Our plan checklist applies to every service. Include the full project details and floor-area breakdowns, site plan, dimensioned floor plans to scale, window and door sizes, all exterior elevations, and cross sections.

Include structural drawings if available and any specified or preferred window, insulation, HVAC, and water-heater details.

Manual J HVAC load calculations

You must send your plans and project details for a Manual J HVAC load calculation quote. Pricing is separate from our Title 24 report tiers.

Your Title 24 report: start to finish.

Pay a 50% deposit, review your pre-registered report, approve it, and pay the balance before CHEERS registration. We then provide your final PDFs.

Project information

Full project address, scope of work, and complete floor-area breakdowns. Identify existing space, additions, conversions, garages, and each floor and unit as applicable.

Site & floor plans

A site plan with a north arrow, plus fully dimensioned floor plans drawn to scale. Include a window and door schedule or size callouts for every window and door.

Elevations & sections

Exterior elevations of all sides and building cross sections. Include roof plans and details identifying ceiling heights, roof slopes, and construction assemblies.

Structural drawings

Include structural drawings if available. If they are unavailable, structural member sizes used in our calculations will be estimated based on our construction experience.

Windows & insulation

Include any specified or preferred window U-factor and SHGC values, along with your preferred insulation R-values.

Heating, cooling & water heating

Include your preferred HVAC size and type and preferred water-heater size and type. Provide available equipment specifications and identify which spaces each system serves.

For additions and alterations, include existing and proposed plans. For report reviews, also include the current report and relevant plan-check comments. Tell us which project specifications have not yet been selected.
