We guarantee approval of your Title 24 report. Plan-check corrections are included when they are not caused by changes to the plans we originally reviewed. Design changes may be required to achieve energy compliance and registry approval. This guarantee applies to the Title 24 report; it does not guarantee approval of the entire project or issuance of a building permit.

What goes into the quote?

For additions, pricing uses the existing house, new addition, and attached garage. Send the full plan set so we can confirm the scope and number of reports.

Example: 1,200 sq. ft. existing house + 200 sq. ft. addition + 400 sq. ft. attached garage = 1,800 sq. ft. for pricing. This falls in the $210 tier.

Projects of 5,000 sq. ft. or more, multifamily work, and revisions caused by plan changes are quoted by email.
