Project information
Full project address, scope of work, and complete floor-area breakdowns. Identify existing space, additions, conversions, garages, and each floor and unit as applicable.
Additions & alterations
Title 24 reports for home additions, remodels, and alterations, with careful attention to existing conditions.

Existing construction and new work should be clearly identified. We review the original home, the proposed changes, and the equipment serving the project to determine the appropriate energy-report scope.
For pricing an addition, include the existing house, new addition, and attached garage. For example, a 1,200 sq. ft. house plus a 200 sq. ft. addition and a 400 sq. ft. attached garage falls in the 1,500–2,999 sq. ft. tier.
