Send your plans.
Email your plans and project details. We confirm the price and turnaround. When you approve the quote, tell us the invoice name and billing email.
- 02
Pay the 50% deposit.
We email a PayPal invoice. Pay by credit or debit card with no additional payment charge from LRG. No PayPal account is required.
- 03
Review your report.
After receiving your deposit, we complete the report within the quoted time and email a pre-registered copy for your review and approval.
- 04
Pay the remaining balance.
Once you approve the pre-registered report, final payment is required before we proceed with CHEERS registration.
- 05
Complete CHEERS registration.
After final payment, we register the project with CHEERS and coordinate the required designer and energy-consultant sign-offs.
- 06
Receive your final PDFs.
After registration, we email your report on 8½ × 11 sheets and 24 × 36 sheets in PDF form, ready to include with your plans.

Who signs the project in CHEERS?
The project designer is required to sign off as the designer, and LRG signs as the energy consultant. If your designer is not registered, they can register with CHEERS. As a convenience, clients may also choose to have LRG sign off as the report designer. Tell us which option you prefer so we can coordinate registration.
What information do you need for the invoice?
When you are ready to proceed, provide the person or company name to make the invoice out to and the email address where we should send it. All invoices are emailed through PayPal. Credit and debit cards are accepted, no PayPal account is required, and LRG adds no card-payment charge.
When does the work start?
We confirm your turnaround in the quote. After you approve by email and we receive the 50% deposit, we complete the report within that quoted time. To hold a scheduled work date, the deposit is due by 6 p.m. Pacific on the day before that date.

Design changes may be required to achieve energy compliance and registry approval. The guarantee covers the Title 24 report, not approval of the entire project or issuance of a building permit.
How soon can I receive my report?
We confirm the current turnaround by email after reviewing your plans. Next-day rush service is available for an additional $100 when scheduling and project readiness allow. Please tell us about your deadline before approving the quote.
What happens after the report is prepared?
We email a pre-registered copy for your review and approval. After you approve it, final payment is required before CHEERS registration. We then coordinate registration and required signatures and provide registered PDF deliverables in 8½ × 11 and 24 × 36 formats.
